Donna has been with GST since 1994. She provides customer support for both commercial and personal clients. For commercial lines, Donna is responsible for Certificates of Insurance, policy change requests and direct billing matters. Her personal lines duties include policy change requests, direct billing matters, initial claim reporting and policy quoting.

Donna is a licensed property and casualty agent. She was born and raised in Levittown, Pennsylvania where she presently resides with her daughter.
